These terms cover your use of dotpano. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
dotpano is provided by Techwedia Ltd, 915 High Road, London N12 8QJ, England (company number 16377191) (“we”). Questions about these terms go to hello@dotpano.com.
dotpano keeps a record of your virtual tours and the client agreements attached to them, and tells you what is due for renewal, what has stopped being reachable, and what is being hosted without a paying client. It is a record-keeping and reminder tool.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 and using dotpano for a business.
The records you enter, and the tour information imported on your instruction, belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and use them only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your portfolio as CSV at any time, and delete your account from Settings.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply. Annual billing charges ten months for twelve. New sign-ups get a 14-day free trial of Creator with every feature; we will not charge you during it, and you can stop at any time before it ends without paying anything.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-used periods except where the law requires it, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before changing a price for an existing subscriber.
We may suspend an account that is being used this way, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.
We work to keep dotpano running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, provider outages and matters outside our control all happen. We give no guarantee that a renewal reminder will reach you in time, so please do not rely on dotpano as your only record of a commercial deadline.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
You may stop using dotpano and delete your account at any time. We may end this agreement on reasonable notice, or immediately if you break these terms seriously. On termination your access ends and your records are deleted as described in the privacy policy; export anything you want to keep first.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use dotpano after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
