For virtual tour creators
Your tours have expiry dates. dotpano knows them before your client does.
The free portfolio and renewal tracker for virtual tour creators on Matterport, Realsee, iGUIDE, CloudPano — and any platform that gives you a link.
Ten tours and a public page on the free plan. No card, and nothing to cancel.
Example data, not customers.
Works with tours hosted on
dotpano never asks for a platform login. It does not connect to your Matterport or Realsee account, and it holds no API keys of yours. A tour goes in as a link, which is the one thing every platform gives you and none of them can take back.
The problem
Every tour has a clock on it.
You shoot it once and get paid once. The hosting runs on a term, and the term ends quietly, on a date nobody wrote down.
Shot
A day on site. The part you were paid for.
Delivered
The link goes to the client. It works, so nobody thinks about it again.
Term running
Twelve months, usually. You are hosting it the whole time.
Term ends
On a Tuesday, without a warning, in the middle of a shoot.
You knew it was coming
You invoiced a fortnight out, the client renewed, and the tour never stopped working. The client never learned that it could have.
Nobody noticed
The tour goes offline. The client finds out before you do, from a dead link in their own listing. You are now having a different conversation than the one about renewing.
Free, permanently
A page for your work, at an address you can hand to a client.
Every tour you have shot, from every platform, as one link. It goes in your bio, your proposals and your email signature, and it does not belong to a platform that can change its mind.
- Your own address, checked before you sign up
- Tours from any platform side by side
- Server-rendered, so the link opens the same everywhere
Your page would be at dotpano.com/your-studio.

What a tour earns is never on the page. The name, the platform and your own link go on it. What it costs you, what it charges the client and which client pays are yours, and they are not in the page or in the response that renders it.
The paid half
Renewals, before they become apologies.
Each tour carries its term, its client and what it charges. dotpano watches the dates so you can spend the fortnight before one invoicing rather than explaining.
Every term, on one date line
A term end per tour, and the windows that matter: what is due in the next week, month or quarter. Sorted by the date, because that is the only order that helps.
Every platform, one list
Matterport beside Realsee beside the one client who insisted on EyeSpy360. One inventory, not one tab per platform.
An alert you actually get
The server runs the scans, not your phone, so the alert is waiting for you on whichever device you open next.
Riverside Penthouse renews in 6 days
Halcyon Property · $420/year · no invoice raised yet
Reminder schedule: one alert per agreement, raised the first time a scan sees it inside your notice window. The scan runs twice a day. Email delivery is built but not switched on yet, so alerts are in the app for now.
The client and the invoice
Who pays for a tour, what they agreed, and whether you have raised the invoice yet. Sending goes through your own mail app or Xero or a Stripe link — dotpano prepares it and never sends mail as you.
It tracks that you invoiced, not that you were paid. Nothing here reconciles a payment, and it will not pretend to.
What happened last time
The agreements a tour has run under, so a renewal conversation starts from what was actually agreed rather than what everyone remembers.
Tours that went dark
A tour that was live and is not any more, flagged as a thing to look at rather than buried in a list of four hundred.
Your numbers
What is the forgetting worth?
Three figures you already know. Nothing below is an industry average, because there is no honest one to quote.
An estimate from the three numbers you set, and nothing else. No conversion is applied between currencies — the symbol changes, the figures are the ones you typed.
How it works
Three things, once per tour.
Paste the link
The address the tour already lives at. No connection to set up, no permission to request, no key to paste.
Say when it ends and who pays
A term end and a client. That is the whole of what dotpano needs in order to be useful about a tour.
Get told in time to invoice
Before the term runs out rather than after, while it is still a renewal and not an apology.
Pricing
The page is free. The watching is not.
Priced on how many tours you are tracking, not on seats and not on features held back.

Why this exists
“dotpano makes managing our virtual tour projects, clients, hosting and renewals much simpler. For Techcopter, it brings everything into one clear, practical platform.”
dotpano is built by someone who shoots tours and needed this for his own studio.
Questions
Before you sign up.
Which platforms does it work with?
Any of them. A tour is a name and a link, so Matterport, Realsee, iGUIDE, CloudPano, Kuula, Panoee, EyeSpy360, TeliportMe and 3DVista all work the same way, and so does a platform none of us has heard of.
Do I need to give you my Matterport or Realsee login?
No. dotpano never asks for a platform password or an API key, and it does not sign in to anything on your behalf. It only needs the link you already hand to clients.
Will it import my tours automatically?
Yes, with the dotpano extension for Google Chrome. It reads your Matterport or Realsee dashboard in your own browser, on your own machine, and brings the tours it finds into your workspace in one press. Install it from the Chrome Web Store.
What happens when a term ends?
dotpano tells you before it does. It does not renew anything with the platform and it does not charge your client — the hosting and the invoice are still yours. What it removes is the part where nobody remembered.
Is the portfolio really free?
Yes, with ten tours on it and no time limit. A trial that ends without you buying anything becomes a free account rather than a locked one: the page keeps working and your work stays where it is.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your own billing page. Cancelling drops you to free rather than ending your account.
Where is my data stored?
On our hosting provider's servers in Singapore. Pictures you upload are held outside the web root and stripped of the location data a camera writes into them before they are stored.
Who is behind dotpano?
A working tour creator, building it for the problem he has. dotpano is operated by Techwedia Ltd, company number 16377191, in London. Write to hello@dotpano.com.
Start with ten tours and a page.
Free, permanently, with no card. If your portfolio outgrows it you will know, because the product will tell you rather than stop working.
