The paid half
The revenue you already earned and never billed.
Every hosted tour runs on a term. dotpano keeps the dates, the client and the charge in one place, and tells you while there is still time to send an invoice.
Example data, not customers.
Terms
A date per tour, and the windows that matter.
A term end goes on a tour when you add it. From then on the tour appears in the seven, thirty and ninety day windows as its date approaches, sorted by the date rather than by when you happened to enter it.
A charge without a term end is refused, because nobody can renew a thing with no date on it.

Scans run on a schedule whether or not you have the app open, so what is waiting for you is the same on every device you sign in on.

What raises one
A term approaching, a tour that stopped answering, hosting you are paying for with no client agreement behind it, a trial ending, a payment failing.
What it will not do
Hide a payment problem behind a preference. Turning portfolio alerts off silences portfolio alerts and nothing else.

The invoice
It prepares the email. You send it.
Depending on what you have connected, dotpano drafts the renewal as a Xero invoice, a Stripe payment link or a bank transfer, writes the email, and hands it to your own mail app or Gmail. It never sends mail as you, and your client's address never leaves your own session.
It records that you invoiced, not that you were paid. Nothing here reconciles a payment against a bank account, so a tour marked invoiced means exactly that and no more.
Questions
About renewals.
Does dotpano renew the hosting for me?
No. The hosting is between you and the platform, and the invoice is between you and your client. dotpano removes the part where nobody remembered the date.
How does it know a tour went offline?
Today it does not check by itself — offline detection needs a platform connection that does not exist yet, and the scan says so rather than reporting a clean result. You can mark a tour offline yourself, and an acknowledgement does not change what the platform says.
Where do the term dates come from?
You. A platform will not tell you when your client's hosting arrangement ends, because it is not a party to it. You enter the date once per tour, when you add it.
Can I export it?
Renewals export as a spreadsheet, so a list can go to an accountant or into whatever you already use for invoicing.
