Pricing
Priced on how many tours you are tracking.
Not on seats, not on features held back. Every paid plan has the whole product; the difference is how much portfolio it covers. All prices are in US dollars.
Free
A public page for your work, with up to ten tours on it.
$0
- 10 tours on your page
- Your own address, no time limit
- The page and nothing tracked
Creator
For a solo creator getting their portfolio under control.
$19/month
- 50 tours
- Renewals, dark tours and uncovered hosting
- 14-day trial
Studio
For a portfolio that has outgrown fifty tours.
$49/month
- 150 tours
- Everything in Creator
Agency
For an agency running tours for many clients at once.
$99/month
- 500 tours
- Everything in Studio
Paying yearly gives you two months. Creator is $190 a year, Studio $490 and Agency $990. A trial that ends without a plan becomes Free rather than locked, so your page keeps working and your work stays where it is. Free tracks nothing. It is the page and the ten tours on it; renewals, tours that went dark and uncovered hosting are what the paid plans are for.

Import runs in your browser, not on our server. The extension for Google Chrome reads your Matterport or Realsee dashboard while you are signed in to it and brings the tours into your workspace. That needs a computer, so it is the one thing on this list the phone apps cannot do.
Billing
The money questions.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your own billing page, which is hosted by Stripe. Cancelling drops you to Free at the end of the period you have paid for. Your page keeps working and your tours stay where they are.
What happens at the end of the trial?
The workspace becomes Free. Not locked, not suspended, and nothing is deleted. Your page keeps working exactly as it did, contact details and all. What changes is the renewal half: no term ends, no dark tours, no uncovered hosting.
Which currency am I charged in?
US dollars, on every plan. You can set a different display currency inside the app and every figure in your own portfolio follows it, but no conversion is applied and plan prices stay in dollars.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe is the merchant of record, so invoices and receipts come from the billing page along with your payment history.
Is VAT included?
There is no VAT to include. dotpano is sold by Techwedia Ltd, which is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay and nothing is added at checkout.
What if I go over the tour limit?
The free allowance is enforced when you add a tour. The paid limits are not yet, so going a little over will not lock you out today. That is being changed, and when it is, it will warn before it stops rather than after.
Can I pay on my phone?
On iPhone, paying goes through Apple rather than the card on file, because Apple requires it for anything that turns on a feature inside an app. The plan you end up with is the same one.
Ten tours and a page, for nothing.
Start there. If your portfolio outgrows it you will know, because the product will tell you rather than stop working.
